These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as ‘Terms’) apply to all access and use of this website (https://www.yungchenggroup.com) and all transactions conducted on this website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.

Ordering Process

  1. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, our website staff will contact you via phone or email to confirm the order details and amount. Please make sure to provide accurate contact information.
  2. Payment Arrangement: After confirming the order, please make the payment within 3 days. Our remittance account details are as follows:

    Bank Code: 012.
  3. Shipping Arrangement: Once payment is confirmed, we will ship the products within three business days, including an invoice with the shipment.


Shipping Fee Details

  • Product shipping is limited to room temperature products only.
  • The shipping fee for large packages is 250 TWD, for medium packages is 230 TWD, and for small packages is 150 TWD.
  • For chilled products, please contact us by phone.
  • Free shipping for orders over 2,500 TWD. If returns or exchanges result in the total purchase amount falling below 2,500 TWD, shipping fees and a 30 TWD bank handling fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.


Return and Exchange Policy

  1. A full return will be refunded within 14 business days after deducting the shipping fee and a 30 TWD bank handling fee.
  2. If the return of a single product causes the order amount to fall below 2,500 TWD, we will charge the additional shipping fee. If there is no immediate need for shopping or exchange, please provide your bank/post office account details. We will refund the amount to your specified account within 14 business days after deducting the shipping fee and a 30 TWD bank handling fee from the refund amount.
  3. We sell food ingredients, and the products are not for trial use. For returns, please keep the packaging intact. If the product has been opened or the packaging cannot be restored to its original condition, it will be considered purchased, and the payment will not be refunded. For product issues, please contact us by phone within 2 days of receipt, and our staff will assist you.
  4. Special Products: Fresh yeast and liquid yeast may be damaged due to temperature changes. These items are not eligible for postal delivery, and alternative pickup arrangements must be discussed.
  5. Please contact us proactively for returns or exchanges within 2 days of receiving the product. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted. Please include the invoice with the returned item.
