Currently, we only provide delivery services within Taiwan's main island, excluding offshore islands and overseas regions.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return the product?

You can contact us to request a return within 2 days of receiving the product, but the returned items must remain unopened and in their original packaging. Due to the special nature of fresh yeast and liquid yeast, they are not eligible for standard return shipping, and the return method must be discussed separately.

What should I do if the product is defective?

If there are product defects or damage not caused by human error, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product to arrange for a return or exchange. Please keep the product packaging intact and include the invoice.

What are the return policies?

  • For full returns, the shipping fee and a 30 TWD bank handling fee will be deducted, and the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
  • If a return is processed, we will deduct any applicable shipping fees from the refund amount.
  • Products are not samples, so please keep the packaging intact for returns. If the product has been opened or the packaging cannot be restored to its original condition, it will be considered purchased, and no refund will be issued.
  • For returns or exchanges, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted. Please include the invoice with the return.
